Donation Based Salt Therapy
Trauma, Stress and toxic exposures are the results of having experienced the force of Hurricane Helene and the immediate aftermath.

In high stress situations like this, self-care is often
neglected or forgotten.
​
We are here to remind you to pause, breathe, and give yourself a break to renew and relax.
​
To support our impacted community, we are currently offering donation based community salt therapy session as a way to calm the nervous system, get stress relief and clear the lungs from the toxic dust.
​
We suggest donation between $10 and $35/person based on your situation. If you are inspired and able to pay forward to someone in need, we encourage you to do so.
​

Because of the nature of our services, our guests need to be non-smokers for at least 3 weeks.

Children have to be 12+years old to participate.

Disaster Stress Relief Package
Our Disaster Stress Relief Package is a combination of highly relaxing and stress relieving therapies, offered to our impacted community at deeply discounted rates.
​
Breathing dry salt air during Salt Therapy clears and boosts the respiratory system. The high amount of negative ions in the air aid relaxation and stress relief.
Vibro-acoustic Sound Therapy has a history of easing PTSD, anxiety and high stress. Laying on a sound lounger and feeling the vibrations of music composed for therapeutic purposes is not only an amazing experience but supports almost instant calming of the nervous system.

PEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic frequencies) has many therapeutic benefits. We are using the frequency of 7.83 HZ, the frequency of the earth, to support your relaxation, grounding and rejuvenation.

A slow, calming massage will release muscle tension, soften tissue and calm the nervous system.
